Chelsea Albert - Owner Senior Living Advisor

Chelsea Albert began her career in Occupational Therapy in 2011, working with the geriatric community. She also completed her Certified Health Coaching certification in 2022. Helping seniors has been a passion of hers since she was a small child with aging family members. She resides in the beautiful city of Neptune Beach with her husband, 2 children, and her grandmother. Staying involved with the senior community has been a passion of hers because of her aging family members.

My 20+ year career in Case Management has taught me that people need help these days navigating Health Care and finding the right fit as we start to need more help. I'm proud to work for Perfect Placement Advising, using my experience as a Medical Social Worker to listen to families and guide them in transitioning to a more supportive environment.
